ElvenWeapons
Elves live for centuries and craft their weapons and armor with a lifetime of use in mind. The Ældoni cities of Mith'Taern and Fairport are filled with elven smiths and craftsmen who forge ancient and powerful equipment. Ældoni blades are exceedingly rare and often reach astronomical prices.

Ældoni equipment is more likely to be made of Mithral or Fea Emerald then non Ældoni equipment.

Elven Courtblade

These exotic swords are favoured by Grey Elf nobles and are rarely seen anywhere else. They seem impossibly long and thin, tapering to a needlelike point. One edge of the blade is sharpened along its entire length, and the opposite edge is sharpened only for the final quarter near the tip. A courtblade has a basket-shaped hilt (usually made to resemble leaves and vines), a long grip, and a heavy pommel. The weapon is intended for thrusting attacks, but the wielder can slash with it as well. Characters proficient with the elven courtblade may treat it as a greatsword for the purpose of any feats.

Elven Lightblade

This rapier like exotic weapon is the size of a short sword but weighs only as much as a dagger. Dexterous gold elf fighters and rogues favor it and it is rarely seen outside of Fairport or Mithtarn. Its thin, flexible blade slips easily into the seams of armor or between the ribs of a foe. Some elf nobles carry a lightblade - often decorated with intricate filigree and tiny gemstones - as a sign of their station, even if they aren't proficient in its use. Characters proficient with the rapier or short sword are also proficient with the elven lightblade and may treat it as a rapier or a short sword for the purpose of any feats.

Elven Thinblade

The elven thinblade has the fine blade and needle-like point of a rapier, but the length and strength of a longsword. Its thin, flexible blade slips easily into the seams of armor, or between the ribs of an enemy. It is rarely seen outside of Fairport or Mithtarn. Characters proficient with the longsword or rapier are also proficient with the elven thinblade and may treat it as a rapier or a longsword for the purpose of any feats.

Elven Greatbow

An elven greatbow is large and unruly in the hands of one not acustomed to the weapons of the copper elves. Greatbows are made from layers of exotic darkwood and animal horn to form a recurve bow, nearly 7 feet tall.

Special: The elven greatbow can not be fired while mounted and requires the user to have immense strength. (16 or higher)

Puncturing

This weapon has a +1 to attack rolls against characters wearing medium or heavy armor. This stacks with the +1 bonus from being enchanted or from special materials.
