These massive rabbits are nearly as large as ponies and are often used as mounts by halflings to heard groups of Crimbury Coneys. They are favored for their swiftness and their ability to rapidly change direction while running at full speed. In the wild, they construct sprawling burrows and live in large groups. Much like their smaller kin, Kender Hares can devastate farmland, so farming communities often arrange hunting parties to hunt wild populations, and a single Hare can provide a sizable amount of meat, and the Crimbury Coney was bred from these creatures as a specific food source for much of Southern Findle.
Kender Hare's trained as mounts generally cost around 50gp.
